Medicine when it helps. Guidance for everything in between.
We diagnose illness, manage chronic conditions, prescribe medication, and coordinate care when those tools are needed. The harder work is often helping you return to training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and follow-through.
What your physician handles.
If you have had good primary care before, this will feel familiar — with considerably more time, access and continuity than you are used to.
Acute medical concerns
Illness, injury, infections, new symptoms. You contact your physician directly and are seen or advised quickly — usually the same or next day.
Chronic disease management
Hypertension, type 2 diabetes, lipid disorders, thyroid disease, metabolic dysfunction and more, managed actively rather than reviewed annually.
Diagnostic evaluation
When something is unclear, we work it up properly: history, examination, appropriate testing, and a clear explanation of what we found and what it means.
Medication management
Prescribing and adjusting with intent, reviewing what is no longer useful, and being explicit about trade-offs and expected effects.
Prevention & screening
Immunizations and cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic screening chosen for your risk profile, timed to be useful rather than routine.
Specialist coordination
When you need a specialist you get a considered referral, the relevant context sent ahead, and someone who follows through on the result.
Medical decision-making
The consultations that matter most: weighing options together, interpreting an outside recommendation, and helping you decide what is worth doing and what is not.
Health over time
Between visits, your record stays a working picture of your health — kept current so your next decision starts from something accurate.
Fewer patients. More time. Direct contact.
The panel is intentionally small to prevent rushed visits and delayed responses, and maintain proactive engagement.

How payment works, plainly.
The practice is direct-pay. Membership covers your care with the practice, and we do not bill insurance for it.
You can continue to use your insurance for services outside the practice — hospital care, imaging, specialists, surgery, emergency care and medications — according to your own coverage. Insurance is encouraged for exactly that reason.
All labs and outside studies are ordered at cost; we do not mark up anything.
Your health is not just something that happens to you.Understand it. Build it. Protect it.
