A direct relationship, priced simply.
Membership pays for the thing that produces good medicine: a physician invested in your wellbeing, spending their time and resources on the things that make a difference for you.
One adult. Full access to the practice, ongoing measurement, and your physician.
A couple under one membership. Questions about kids are welcome when we talk.
The practice does not bill insurance. Labs and studies are paid at cost by the patient. Membership is month to month.
A coherent strategy, not a checklist.
Membership is structured so that the work of staying capable happens in an ongoing relationship, not a series of one-off visits.
Initial evaluation
Two visits: 1. understand you, your goals, current environment, set expectations. 2. initial fitness assessment, review initial studies, and establish an initial strategy.
Ongoing access
Visits and direct contact as needed — no gatekeeping, no per-visit charges, and no waiting for permission to reach your physician.
Track what matters
Measurements are repeated over time so we can interpret change, not just compare you to a population average.
Act when needed
Medical care, referrals, medication review, and decision support happen inside the same relationship, with full context.
the tools to build capacity
Not a list of upgrades — this is simply what the practice does for every member.
- An ongoing relationship with your physician
- A full initial evaluation and baseline measurement
- Proactive attention to your health, not only your problems
- Longitudinal measurement and interpretation
- Unhurried visits, scheduled when they are useful
- Direct contact between visits
- Acute and chronic medical care
- Prevention, screening and immunization planning
- Medication management and review
- Referrals, context and follow-through with specialists
The things people ask first.
- Who is the family membership for?
- Family membership covers a couple living in the same household. Questions about children are welcome, and we can talk through how best to handle their care.
- What happens at the first visit?
- We review your history, goals, and current concerns, then agree on a focused set of baseline measurements. The visit is unhurried and sets the direction for the relationship.
- Should I keep my insurance?
- Yes. Insurance is encouraged when financially feasible; a high-deductible health plan with an HSA pairs well with a direct care model of health maintenance.
- What about labs and imaging?
- Where applicable we can arrange labs and outside studies at cost, and you will know the price before anything is ordered. You may also run them through your insurance.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Membership is month to month. It is intended to be a long relationship, but it should be one you continue by choice.
- Do I need to be an athlete?
- No. The point is capacity for your own life — work, family, recreation, aging. The starting point does not matter; the direction does.
- Is the panel limited?
- Yes, deliberately. When the panel is full we maintain a waitlist rather than degrade the care of existing members.
Your health is not just something that happens to you.Understand it. Build it. Protect it.
